DevKit

Privacy Policy

Effective: May 29, 2026

DevKit is a browser-based developer tools platform. All data processing happens locally in your browser. Your input data never leaves your device.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any data you enter into our tools. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any form of user analytics. We do not require an account to use any feature.

What may be collected

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server logs as part of its infrastructure: IP address, user agent, request URL, and timestamp. We do not access or analyze these logs. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Your browser's localStorage stores your theme preference (light/dark). This data remains on your device and is never transmitted.

Third-party services

Vercel (hosting). No other third-party services are used.

International data transfers

Vercel operates a global edge network. Server log data may be processed in different jurisdictions. No personal data is actively transferred by DevKit.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/EEA), CCPA (California), PIPL (China), LGPD (Brazil), and PIPA (Korea), you have the right to access, correct, and delete personal data we hold about you. Because we collect virtually no personal data, these rights are largely satisfied by design. To make a request: privacy@devkit-ai.com

We do not sell personal information. We do not share data for advertising.

Children

DevKit does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
